Visiting Messiah

If you’re checking out our church for the first time, we’d like to take the opportunity to welcome you. We hope that we can answer many of your questions through the pages on our website, but feel free to contact our church office with any additional questions at (303) 776-2573 or visit our contact page.

We invite you to come and hope that you’ll connect with God and our members through worship, sound biblical teaching, and the many opportunities to interact with members of our community throughout the week. We are all on a journey. Will you join us?

With Messiah, you’ll experience a church full of people who strive to "Love God" and "Love Our Neighbor". We know that people all over are looking for a place to connect to, so we make every effort to be an inviting and exciting place for you to experience Christian community. We don’t know where you are in your life, but we want to help every person grow in their relationship with the Lord. We won’t place any expectations on you, so please come and feel comfortable as you discover who we are and what we’re about. We want to provide opportunity for people to come and experience God, find friendly faces, and serve those around us.

Our Purpose

Messiah Lutheran Church exists to be a church where we strive to "Love God" and "Love Our Neighbor". We want to see people connect with God through the Word and worship, with one another through fellowship and discipleship, and with our world through our witness.

Connecting to God

As Christians, we find our ultimate purpose and meaning through a proper understanding and relationship with God. We can have this connection with God because He sent His son Jesus to die for our sins and his Holy Spirit to be with us. We reflect these realities through our heartfelt and authentic worship.

Connecting to One Another

We have been made to live life together. We are not meant to live life on our own, especially as a member of the body of Christ. God has crafted each of us for a role to play in his church, and he has brought us together for a specific purpose. By gathering together and by engaging in discipleship, we live out the biblical mandate of the church to "Go and make disciples of all nations".

Connecting to Our World

Being the church cannot stop as we exit the doors of the church building. Instead, we recognize that we are entering into a world in need. Every day we encounter people who have no hope, no joy, and no savior. We want to introduce people to the love of Jesus Christ, whether those people are classmates, co-workers, homeless, a social outcast, or someone from the other side of the world.
