What To Expect

When you attend Messiah Lutheran Church, you’ll find that everyone has their style, from casual to professional. We believe that church isn’t about what you look like or wear; it’s about who you are on the inside. Come just as you are.

At Messiah Lutheran Church we consider our worship style to be blended. Blended can mean different things to different people. Historically, Lutherans have worship strictly from the hymnal with a liturgical divine service setting. At Messiah, we do not worship directly from the hymnal, but do still maintain liturgical aspects to our worship. We do incorporate a blend of both traditional hymns along with modern contemporary songs. We do not have a full praise team, but are led by a very talented singer/musician who will play most songs via the piano or guitar.

At Messiah Lutheran Church, we believe it is important for families to worship together. On the first and third Sunday of the month, Messiah Lutheran Church offers Children's Church. This is a time when kids will receive an age appropriate message from the Word of God, while the parents listen to the message from Pastor. We also have a nursery for parents with infants, and in the nursery there is a television that is projecting the service live so the parents can still be a part of worship.

To the west of the church building there is a large parking lot with plenty of parking, including handicap and visitor spaces. You can enter through the double doors on the west side of the building near the outdoor pavilion. Once you enter the building there will be someone there to greet you to answer any questions you may have.
